Ordering and payment:
All prices in our shop are in GBP£. including country specific VAT, unless otherwise clearly stated.
All orders/purchase are entered in English language, however, according to the consumer friendly Danish law on electronic ecommerce.
The total price of your order is and will be the amount deducted on your credit card. Credit Card Payment precedes via a secure server(SSL). Shipping price is always displayed before you complete your purchase. Shipping is currently: (Free) for purchases made in most European countries such as: SE-DE-AT-BE-NL-FR-ES-IT-DK-FI.
In the online store you can pay by Mastercard / Eurocard / Maestro / Visa / Visa Electron / Diners Club. And we use 3D Secure , which is added security. Corporate and Customers from other countries can also pay by bank transfer. Contact us or look at the bottom of the page. For company information you can find the account details and SWIFT code and IBAN account number.
A copy of your order confirmation/invoice is sent fully automatic to your e-mail address, right after each purchase. Should you at some future time want to have a new copy, you can always contact us regarding this issue.
Shipment and delivery:
All shipments are properly packed and shipped by UPS / Post Office, unless otherwise agreed.
We naturally strive for that all consignments are packed and shipped the same day or the day after the order has been received. In other words, you will receive the package from us within 3-5 business days after the purchase. However , there may be slightly longer delivery times on orders where the product instance is not in stock . In such cases, you can always expect an e-mail from us, which will inform you of more accurate delivery time, ( if not the promised delivery time can be kept ) .
Return policy: (& replacement service ) .
As a customer you always have the right to cancel goods purchased from us. The return policy is from the time you receive your merchandise and next 2 weeks. The purchase can be undone by returning the product to us, or by refusing to accept the goods (at buyer´s expense). The product should always appear in substantially the same quantity and condition upon receipt. The customer will be responsible for the cost of returning the goods!
If you regret your purchase, you can cancel it within 14 days of the purchase. You can, therefore, on your own behalf/cost return the item to our return address ( see below). The item will then need to be in original packaging, undamaged and in salable condition. Before you send the item back, please inform us about this, and we would of course also like to know why you have regretted the purchase. Once we have received the goods at our address, we will refund the product price. The amount will be credited on your creditcard as soon as possible.
Since original packing materials in some cases constitute a significant part of its value, it would mean that goods cannot be considered for returned in substantially the same condition and quantity of packaging, if not included. Remember, therefore. to always save the packaging until you are absolutely sure that you want to keep the goods. (hangers+plasticbag ect.).
( this means labels, clothes hangers, plastic bags and any buttons etc. )
Packaging materials must therefore always be returned along with the sweater. So that the conditions for returning are met.
EXCHANGE SERVICE: Should you have the misfortune to receive a wool sweater which does not fit ! In this case, do you relate thus as follows: You return the product for your own expence and Attach £15.- Pound Sterling(GBP) in an envelope for the return shipping and put it in the return package/box. Apply a note with the required size!
Items purchased in the online store cannot be exchanged on our physical address, and this is only because our warehouse is not located at the same address as the office, so they should always be sent back to us by mail or UPS.

As a customer you always have full right to return of goods purchased on our website . The right of returning is from the time when you buy/receive your item and 14 days. The purchase can be undone by returning the product to us in 2 weeks, or by refusing to receive the goods. (Return is at your own cost/behalf).
As a consumer you have 2 year warranty, which means that you can either have the item repaired, replaced, refund or refusal of the price, depending on the particular situation. This course provided that the claim is justified.
If the goods are defective/faulty, you are welcome to make a complaint in writing and verbally to our address. (see below). You must make the claim within a reasonable time after you have discovered the error.
Complaints regarding wash failure & excessive wear/tear will be promptly rejected.
Registration of information and personal data:
We will register your purchase in our closed economy system , for use in our own accounting and logistics.
This information is not passed on to third parties, however, we keep all information for at least 5 years. Only your name and address is saved. Personal data is stored in a closed system.
As a registered costumer, you always have the opportunity to gain insight and to oppose a registration under the rules of the Personal Data Act.

We accept no liability for orders which are sold out of stock. Which are also subject to errors or omissions on the website, in both text and prices.
